DESCRIPTION OF BUILDING

This office/warehouse facility serves as the corporate headquarters for Kilpatrick Turf Equipment and Boynton Pump and Irrigation Supply. The building is constructed with tilt-up concrete exterior wall panels with a pre-engineered structural skeleton system. Interior amenities include: a par 3 golf hole complete with Bermuda grass and sand traps used to demonstrate equipment. The metal entrance canopies pronounce the main lobby and side entrances. Interior highlights include an environmentally friendly RGF recycling system for equipment wash down and upscale office areas featuring state-of-the-art work stations and lighting upgrades.
